Training Bras and Panties

March 22nd, 2009

So I was asked to make some training bras. Me being, well, me and loving challenges said sure. So here are my two versions of the bras. One is a sports bra type and the other is more a traditional trainer with adjustable straps. (please forgive my manni, she’s not as big in the chest/shoulders as the bras needed her to be)

Upcoming Stockings

March 14th, 2009

I am stocking tomorrow at Naturally Nested on HyenaCart.  I have a cute halter top with matching capris up for sale there, as well as a semi-custom slot for girls panties or boxer briefs.  I am really excited about this top.  It is so adorable, I was joking with DH about my girls have a closet full of them.  Seriously though I am planning several for my daughters.  Don’t you think they’d be super cute in some Zen Garden or Jade?

I’ll also be stocking on Monday at Creatively Serene.  We have revamped our congo (though some parts are still under construction) and I love the new look.  Come by and check it out Monday at 4pm.  I’ll have a custom slot for peasant top made from a cupcake knit.  Super soft stuff.  Also we are offering a no stalking pass to be given away in April for one of the members of our announcement list so be sure to join for your chance to win!

A New Bubble Dress

March 9th, 2009

This is a new pattern I was lucky enough to test for thehandmadedress.net.  I will most definally be making more of these.  In fact, I will be making my girls matchy-matchy Easter dresses from this one.

Panties

March 3rd, 2009

Three pairs of Dundies and one pair of Maddies for your looking pleasure!  I hope you all have a wonderful week.  Tomorrow my Julien gets a tooth pulled.  It will be his first one lost (unless that very wiggly one in the front comes first) and he’s very excited about it.  I however am sad about the whole thing.  The poor kid got my bad teeth and has a abscess.  I know he’s in good hands and things will be fine.

Spring in the Air

February 25th, 2009

Today was a beautiful day.  High near 60.  That is unbelievable in Nebraska in February.  The kids and I had a good day today and yesterday (which was also wonderful) playing outside.  It is so nice to not have to bundle up every time I need to go outside (which is alot as we have a dog and no fence).  Today though I did finish some wonderful projects for some equally wonderful customers.  One is a pair of womens panties, the smallest I ever sewn.  The other is organic cotton & organic bamboo and is unbelievable soft.  I’d love a bed made of this stuff.

On a side note, Creatively Serene will be celebrating their first birthday in March.  I will be stocking some special birthday items for it, hopefully with previews, for you, to come.  The first birthday stocking is Monday!  Come and check it out.  Oh and there are some top quality guests arriving to help us celebrate too!
