World Cup Knitting

World Cup HatHere’s my World Cup Knitting project. I think my hat here is coming along very well. I love doing the short rows. I have found though that unless I “grab” a stitch from the row before (of the same color) that I will get a small hole in the fabric. Grabing the stitch has fixed that and at least I think it’s not noticable. This project is going much better then the crayon sock. On that thing is not going well. I think it has a mind of it’s own. I had finished it, but it was just a little too short for DS. So I ripped back to the beginning of the toe decreases. But the sock it had other plans. The stitches didn’t want to be picked up and kept dropping. I have stopped it, but it took me A VERY LONG TIME to do it.
